As land investors, we have several options of what we may do with your land! We may partner up with a builder on it, we may subdivide or rezone and then list it, we may flip it to other investors in our network, or we may simply hold on to it for the long run!

From the signature of agreement, the process generally takes 30-45 days, and we have closed on many deals in less than 30 days. In some instances where we may run into liens, lost heirs, other title issues, or percolation results, this process may take longer. But rest assured that we will keep you informed every step of the way!

Absolutely not! That is the beauty of working with us; we provide a hassle free and no money out-of-pocket transaction. We will cover all closing fees, and we charge zero commissions.

The price we offer depends on many variables, including: size, zoning, topography, location, utilities, and many more.

We run an individual title examination (at our expense) on each property we purchase and will determine through our research if any title issues exist. We have years of experience working with complicated title issues and can often find a solution. Each situation is different. We aim to help you through the process, and help provide the necessary resources to fix title issues when necessary
